2. Delivery charge

 

- Seoul : USD $15.00

- Kyungkido1 : USD $30.00

- Kyungkido2: USD $50.00

 

 

 

3. Delivery time


Delivery time : 9AM~6PM


- Morning time : 9am ~ 1 pm

- Afternoon time : 2pm ~ 6 pm

 

 


4. Delivery address


You must complete all the address fields when entering your order,

including the recipient phone number.

(mobile phone number)




5. Special occasions and local holidays


In general for special occasions the cut off times are adjusted to be at least 3 to 5 days earlier.

We will always accept your orders, and in most cases be able to process them on time.

However, we cannot guarantee last minute orders for special occasions,

and we will make the delivery at the earliest possible date.

For special occasions we are unable to guarantee morning or afternoon delivery.

 

Special occasions : Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and New Year, Local Holidays

   Please order at least 5 days in advance and in general.

 

 

 

6. Products and images


Products only contain the items listed in the product description.

 

 

 

7. Substitution policy


The goods depends on delivery area and weather condition.

So colors or kinds of the flowers and the colors of basket, ribbon could be changed.

In some cases, local florists may not have some items in stock

and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will automatically be made.

If the market price of flowers are goes up, than the quantity of flowers in the

 product photo is to be reduced.



 

8. Currency


Orders will always be charged in USD.

 



9. Hospitals, hotels and company deliveries


Order to hospitals, hotels or company addresses are not guaranteed,

but in most cases arrive as requested.

Please indicate the name and telephone number of the hospital,

hotel or company. In the case of hospitals we also need the recipient’s ward and room number.

Olivegarden will send your bouquet in accordance with the facilities procedures,

and cannot be held liable if these procedures prevent successful delivery,

but our local florist will always attempt to do so.

You should note that many hospitals do not permit florists

to deliver bouquets personally to individual rooms, and that most ICUs do not permit flowers.

Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Olivegarden cannot issue refunds if the delivery failed due to any of the above.

 


 

10. Cancellation policy


If you want to cancel order,

your notice of cancellation must to arrives 48 busines hours before delivery time (Korea timezone).

If notice is given less than a 48 busines hours before delivery time.

There will be no refund or will charge you cancellation fees.

 

 


11. Cancellation policy


If you placed 2 or more identical orders you will receive full refund

(or will be cancel credit card payment) for the duplicated order,

provided that the local florist does not make and deliver the item.

 


 

12. Change in order details


Only you can change by our E-Mail (olivegarden8@naver.com).

You can find order details via Delivery confirm menu (or My account menu).

Delivery confirm (or My account) are supplied on every order.

Change in order details are only guaranteed if made 6 busines hour delivery time.

If you have given the wrong delivery information we cannot offer guaranteed delivery.

In some cases we will be able to deliver to a new address free of charge,

but this depends on the location of the new address and the incurred by local florist.

In certain cases there may be extra charges.

 

 


13. Price increase request


In some rare cases we may be forced to contact you and re quest

a price increase to successfully deliver the flowers.

Working with local florists is a huge advantage with quality and timing; however,

it does mean that on rare occasions our local florist may be subject to certain restrictions.

In all cases we will attempt to contact you and confirm

if you wish to add the requested price increase to the order or cancel order.

 If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund.

 



14. Payment by credit card


When you are successful credit card payment, we will be process order.

 

 


15. Complaints


Any possible complaint should always be accompanied with your order number, sender information,

ecipient information and digital photos clearly showing the product and time of delivery.

All complaints must be made as soon as possible after the delivery date.

This is very important to allow us to investigate the complaint correctly with the local florists.

After this date complaints cannot be investigated.




16. Deliveries in difficulty


1) Saturday Deliveries


Saturday deliveries must be ordered no later than 1PM each Friday by Korean local time.

We will endeavor to deliver,

as close to your requested time but we cannot guarantee any specific timed deliveries on this day.

All deliveries will be securely delivered before 6:00pm.


2 ) Sunday Deliveries


     Sunday is off


3) Incorrect address


Unfortunately we are not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied.

Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering

and please enter as much information as possible.

There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions

when you place your order and we encourage you to use it.

If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect the delivery.

 

4) Recipient not home


Unfortunately we are not responsible if a recipient is not home to accept their gift.

Unless otherwise instructed olivegarden will ask a neighbor to accept their gift

and place it in the fridge until the ready to collect it.

A calling card will be left at the recipients advise them

where their olivegarden gift has been delivered.
